Why a single-sex Group?
Have something you want to share or explore which you feel comfortable only with those of your Gender? Want a support group with your gender only?
These workshops give you a chance to speak openly in a Separate Women's or Men's Group exploring various topics in alignment with our HeartQuest mission of Transformation in a Supportive Community.
